UKCloud Limited (“UKC”) and Virtual Infrastructure Group Limited (“VIG”) (together “the Companies”) – in Compulsory Liquidation
On 25 October 2022, the Companies were placed into Liquidation with the Official Receiver appointed as Liquidator and J Robinson and A M Hudson simultaneously appointed as Special Managers to manage the liquidation process on behalf of the Official Receiver.

Managed Monitoring as a Service - The foundation of the Managed IT Operations portfolio of services. We become your first line of support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, receiving and reacting to any abnormal events or alerts across your IT estate. This means you can reduce the amount of noise you have to filter through, enabling you to focus on the critical events that really matter.
Patching as a Service - Provides routine OS patch management for compute instances. It helps you accelerate business value by removing the burden of basic OS hygiene, letting you focus your attention above the operating system.
Anti-Virus as a Service - Provides you with the confidence that your environments are protected from the dangers of viruses and malware, all without the usual headaches associated with the deployment, management, and operation of an antivirus solution.
Advanced Support Services - A suite of specialised support products focused on the middleware and back-end services supporting your solutions. This suite is comprised of the following products:
Managed Active Directory (AD) Support - Provides you with monitoring and support for your AD services and supporting Windows servers.
Managed Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Support - Provides you with monitoring and support for your RDS services and supporting Windows servers.
Managed SQL Server - Provides monitoring and support for your SQL servers.
Managed Web Server - Provides you with monitoring and support for IIS or Apache and supporting Windows or Linux servers.
Extended Network Support from UKCloud - Enables customers to choose from an extensive list of officially supported network appliances with UKCloud undertaking the initial deployment (or assuming ownership of valid existing networks) and configuration of the various elements of your virtual network, along with the ongoing monitoring and support.
