UKCloud offers a variety of Managed Services, all focused around removing the distraction of IT hygiene, enabling organisations to focus on genuine business value.

Managed IT Operations - A portfolio of Managed Services focused on the general health of your compute assets. This portfolio of services is comprised of the following elements:
Managed Monitoring as a Service - The foundation of the Managed IT Operations portfolio of services. We become your first line of support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, receiving and reacting to any abnormal events or alerts across your IT estate, leveraging the power of AIOps to reduce the amount of noise you traditionally had to filter through, enabling you to focus on the critical events that really matter.
Managed VM Recovery Point - Ensures your VM is protected on a nightly basis, providing confidence that you can request your entire VM or individual files to be restored from an RPO within the previous 24 hours.
Patching as a Service Provides routine OS patch management for compute instances. It helps you accelerate business value by removing the burden of basic OS hygiene, letting you focus your attention above the operating system.
Anti-Virus as a Service - Provides you with the confidence that your environments are protected from the dangers of viruses and malware, all without the usual headaches associated with the deployment, management, and operation of an antivirus solution.
Runbook Automation - Enables UKCloud to execute predefined basic actions in response to well understood events to achieve a specific outcome, helping to accelerate your time to resolution for known issues.
Managed SQL Server - Provides monitoring and support for your SQL servers. This level of monitoring and support, when coupled with SQL tuning and proactive SQL patching, provides you with the confidence that your SQL services are operating effectively.
Managed Web Server - Provides you with monitoring and support for IIS or Apache and supporting Windows or Linux servers. This level of monitoring and support, when coupled with proactive operating system patching, provides you with the confidence that your web services are operating effectively.
Managed Active Directory (AD) Support - Provides you with monitoring and support for your Active Directory services and supporting Windows servers. This level of monitoring and support, when coupled with proactive Windows patching, provides you with the confidence that your AD services are operating effectively.
Managed Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Support - Provides you with monitoring and support for your Remote Desktop Services and supporting Windows servers. This level of monitoring and support, when coupled with pro-active Windows patching, provides you with the confidence that your RDS services are operating effectively.
Extended Network Support from UKCloud - Enables customers to choose from an extensive list of officially supported network appliances with UKCloud undertaking the initial deployment (or assuming ownership of valid existing networks) and configuration of the various elements of your virtual network, along with the ongoing monitoring and support.
Cloud Optimisation from UKCloud - Draws on our expertise in optimising and managing large scale cloud implementations to help you avoid cloud sprawl by realising value and optimising cloud spend, eliminating unused or underused resources and improving security and compliance stance. UKCloud are confident that this service can achieve initial savings of up to 30% on cloud spend.
